Terms and conditions
We requires a minimum of 3 hours per visit unless otherwise agreed in advance. The customer must provide a list of tasks. If any additional equipment is provided by the client the client accepts full liability. That equipment must be in good working order and be safe for use. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. The customer understands that the price he/she has been quoted does not include any additional services.
The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a past cleaner introduced to the customer by Us. If the customer does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner than he/she must pay a referral fee of £5000 per cleaner.
We reserves the rights to amend the initial quotation, should the customer´s original requirement change or if we make a mistake.
After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.
Any deal purchased from a voucher site is only redeemable by new customers of Us only.
The customer must allow the cleaner access to water and power and secure a car parking space. If any fee is payable by the cleaner for a parking the client agrees to pay this on the cleaners behalf
The customer agrees that they will FULLY inspect the cleaners work as soon as the cleaner as finished and agree that we are not liable in any way if they customer fails to notice anything that as not been completed. We are not able to rectify any issues once the client as told the cleaner they are happy with the work and service provided and the cleaner as left the premises
All payment are in advance by direct bank transfer and must be received in full within 2 working days of the booking being made.
In case of a complaint, we require to be notified within 24 hours after cleaning work completion. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit. If the customer is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner will be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. We do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, expanses or damage caused by any act or omission of the cleaner.
Customer may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 72 hours advanced notice. Customer may terminate the whole service by giving two week (14 days) advanced notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in case of a termination of the service if the customer has given less than two week advanced notice. Customer has the right to terminate the service without giving two week advanced notice but by giving 72 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only.
Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 7 days prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay 100% of the agreed price as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
After cancellation of the cleaning service:
By entering into a service agreement with Us, the customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she/they will pay Us a finder fee of £5000 to use any services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by us. This fee only applies for 6 months after termination.
By ordering our service by telephone, e-mail or our website the customer agrees to be bound by our terms and conditions.
